PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CLARIFICATION TEXT

As Tenzil Media Tercüme Film Tanıtım Organizasyon Matbaacılık Yayıncılık Tekstil Dağıtım Tic Ltd Şti, this clarification text was prepared for the purpose of ensuring that the personal data of our visitors visiting our website are processed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international conventions on human rights, to which our country is a party to, in particular, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and that the people whose data is processed are able to effectively exercise their rights. All personal data shared with our company can be processed in accordance with the law, in connection with our activity and service purposes and in a measured manner.

The concepts of personal data, qualified personal data and data processing used in this clarification text are used in accordance with the definitions made in the PDPL. The concept of “personal data” in the PDPL represents any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, the concept of “processing of personal data” means all kinds of activities performed on data like obtaining, recording, storing, keeping, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over personal data completely or partially automatically or by non-automatic, provided that it is a part of any data recording system, such as making it available, classifying or preventing its use.

Pursuant to Article 4 of the PDPL, the personal data of the data owner is kept in accordance with the law and good faith rules, for accurately and, when necessary, for current, specific, clear and legitimate purposes, in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, limited and measured, for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed and will be processed by the data controller company in accordance with the rules of data processing within the scope of the following purposes.

Our company acts in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the PDPL regarding the transfer of personal data. Without prejudice to the exceptional circumstances in the legislation, personal data and sensitive data are not transferred to other real or legal persons by us without the explicit consent of the Data Owner. In exceptional cases stipulated by the PDPL and other legislation, maximum care is taken to comply with the forms and limitations stipulated in the legislation during the transfer of personal data to authorized administrative or judicial institutions or private institutions.

• Within the framework of the procedures and principles and in accordance with the personal data transfer conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, your personal data can be transferred for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation or establishing, exercising or protecting the rights of the Company, to authorized official institutions and organizations and legally authorized private persons, to our customer representatives for the purposes of resolving customer complaints, meeting customer demands and communicating with customers, as stipulated in the relevant legislation.

Your personal data is obtained by automatic or non-automatic methods, through the contact forms on the Internet addresses of the Company and by recording the IP addresses of the people who visit our site.

Legal grounds for the processing of your personal data in question by the Company: These are the exceptions to the consent given by the data owner in the Explicit Consent text, pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 5 of the PDPL, and the express consent specified in subparagraphs ç, e and f of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the PDPL. Your personal data is collected by our Company for the stated legal reasons, in accordance with all applicable legislation and for the purposes specified in the 4th and 5th articles of this Clarification Text.

By applying to the Company, which acts as the data controller, data owners; are able to learn whether their personal data is processed or not, to request information about it if their personal data has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose; to be informed about the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred in the country or abroad; to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing; To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPL No. 6698; to request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the PDPL to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred; to object to the emergence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
